<video:description><![CDATA[Cash and increased liquidity are becoming a defining allocation theme for global asset owners, with more than a third of equity holders planning to increase their cash holdings. At the same time, infrastructure allocations are set to rise among more than half of global asset owners, reflecting continued demand for assets that can provide diversification and long-term, inflation-sensitive returns. Emerging markets are also moving up the agenda, with almost half of asset owners planning to increase their allocations.

CNBC Africa spoke to Julius Bendikas, U.S. Head of Economics and Dynamic Asset Allocation at Marsh.
